Q. What Can Credit Bureau Services do to possibly enforce a judgement?
A. In the past 30+ years we have learned many ways to enforce judgement. A judgement is good for ten years and can be renewed as applicable. To enforce, we may levy/attach bank accounts, intercept debtor receivables, install marshals as keepers, garnish wages, utilize "till taps", seize and force the sale of assets, lien property, etc.
Q. Will I have to pay attorney fees and other legal expenses?
A. No, however, should you elect to reduce our contingency fee you can "buy down the Rate" by advancing certain legal expenses. It is entirely up to you.
Q. What are your rates?
A. We need to see exactly what the project, or account, entails before we will offer our services to a client. Our rates vary depending on the scope and nature of the project. Large commercial clients start as low as 10% with accounts under 60 days olds, legal collections range from 35%, while "standard collections" usually fall somewhere in between.
